FXBridge Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern direct client use of FXBridge accounts, websites, trading interfaces, funding methods, and support channels. By registering, funding, accessing, or using an account on this domain, you agree to these terms together with the Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, and any product-level notices shown in the platform.

1. Eligibility and account use

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements and may only use the services where they are lawful for you. We may restrict, suspend, or refuse account access where KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, abuse, or operational controls require it.

2. Trading services

Market prices, spreads, commissions, swap, financing, and product availability may change based on market conditions, product configuration, or account type. You are responsible for reviewing live product and pricing information before placing a trade.

3. Funding and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed only through the methods, wallets, networks, and assets displayed by the platform. Sending the wrong asset, wrong network, or wrong amount may delay or prevent settlement. Blockchain transfers are not treated as received until the required confirmations are met.

4. Risk and suitability

Leveraged trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for every client. Losses can exceed expectations, positions can be closed automatically, and market gaps or outages can materially affect outcome. You should trade only with capital you can afford to risk.

5. Service controls and termination

We may suspend, limit, or close an account where legal, compliance, fraud, operational, or abuse concerns exist. We may also change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service where necessary for maintenance, law, risk controls, or provider changes.

6. Support and notices

Official support is available through support@fxbridge.org. Legal notices can be sent to info@fxbridge.org.

7. Client-account scope

Retail client accounts on this domain are governed by the client legal pack published here, together with any product-level notices and account disclosures shown at the time of use, unless a separate executed agreement explicitly says otherwise.
