Client Terms and Fees

1. Scope

These terms govern direct client use of FXBridge trading services, funding methods, account restrictions, and service charges visible on the platform at the time of use. They apply to client accounts on this domain and to the product and payment methods made available here.

2. Trading and account charges

• Spreads, commissions, rollover, swap, conversion, and execution-related charges may vary by product, account type, and market conditions.
• Displayed product specifications, order tickets, and account screens form part of the applicable pricing disclosure at the time of trade.
• Third-party blockchain fees, banking fees, card processing fees, and intermediary transfer fees may apply separately from platform charges.
• Client-facing funding or withdrawal holds may be applied where fraud, sanctions screening, KYC review, chargeback risk, or blockchain confirmation thresholds require it.

3. Payment methods and settlement

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed only through the methods, assets, and networks displayed inside the platform at the relevant time.
• Blockchain transactions are considered received only after the required network confirmations have been met.
• Submitting a transaction hash does not itself guarantee crediting or settlement if the wrong asset, wrong network, wrong destination wallet, or insufficient amount is sent.
• Partial transfers may remain pending until the full required amount is received or a manual support decision is made.

4. Service controls

• FXBridge may restrict, suspend, or reject activity where KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, abuse, or technical risk controls require it.
• Retail-client relationships are governed by the tenant’s own B2C terms, privacy policy, and risk disclosures on this domain.
• Internal provider-side commercial formulas or host billing arrangements are not end-client account charges unless a client-facing schedule on this domain explicitly says otherwise.
